HOW IT STARTED

Everybody who wears glasses knows the problem. You take them off, hang them on your collar, lean over, and they hit the floor. Rick Hopper got tired of it and decided to fix it.

In 2010, Rick invented a simple, patented magnetic clasp that attaches to any fabric and holds eyeglasses, sunglasses, or badge holders secure and always within reach. No clips that stretch your shirt. No cords around your neck. Just the use of powerful magnets and a clean design.

SHARK TANK

Rick pitched Readerest on Shark Tank Season 3 and walked out with a deal from Lori Greiner, her very first investment on the show. From there, the product hit major retailers nationwide and sold millions of units.

Due to his Shark Tank popularity, hundreds of people have reached out to him with the same questions and curiosities, so he wrote a book that answers them all. It's The Bridge From Idea to Money.
